He is currently based at Salford Royal Hospital and sees private patients at The Beaumont Hospital in Bolton. Dr Kochhar completed his MBBS from the University of Delhi in 2005, followed by an MD in Internal Medicine in 2009. After moving to the UK in 2012, he underwent extensive specialist training in Diabetes & Endocrinology, working across the UK in different top-tier teaching hospitals. He completed higher specialist training in the North West region. In 2019, he completed his specialist training and has since held consultant positions at leading NHS trusts, currently serving at Salford Care Organisation at Northern Care Alliance.
